About us
- We’re a major local employer, with a diverse workforce of c5,000 providing healthcare services to a growing population of around 535,000.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Chef (7061/2 or equivalent) to contribute to the success of our busy hospital kitchen and restaurant. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to support and enhance meal preparation for:
- 750+ patients, staff, and visitors daily
- A dynamic restaurant environment.
The role includes:
- Assisting in the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals.
- Supervising and mentoring team members.
- Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Chef with relevant certifications (7061/2 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in busy kitchens or catering environments.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality food and excellent service.
