Person specification

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Significant pharmacy prepacking/production line experience
Desirable criteria
  • Pharmacy and/or pharmacy stores experience desirable

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Maths and English Grade C-GCSE

Further Training

Essential criteria
  • Manual handling training
  • Health and Safety Training, including COSHH, Fire and Security
  • Pharmacy services level 2 NVQ (If not initially held this must be commenced within 3 months of starting the post)
Desirable criteria
  • Supervisory training

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of following procedures.
  • Proven team member and ability to work alone
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • IT / keyboard skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Desirable criteria
  • Stock Control
  • Filing/Record keeping
  • Good Housekeeping Skills
