Can you bring your Chef skills and knowledge to Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust?  If so, then we would love to hear from you.

This is a full time, permanent position based at Highbury Hospital in Nottingham.

Some areas of Highbury Hospital form part of a significant long-term contract held between Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and a private organisation called Highbury Healthcare Ltd. The contract is referred to as Private Finance Initiative or PFI for short.

Under this contract the Facilities Services are sub-contracted to Aramark and although employment is with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as  an NHS employee, day-to-day management is seconded under the ‘Retained Staff Agreement’ of the PFI contract to Aramark.

We offer an attractive salary working Monday to Sunday following a rota with shifts from 06.30am until 14.30pm and 10.00am until 18.00pm.  Enhancements are paid for overtime and weekend working.

Essential Criteria - City & Guilds 706 1/2 or equivalent (or working towards), basic food hygiene certificate (or working towards).
