Job overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced individual to join our team as CAMHS Operational Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in Children's and Young Peoples (CYP) Mental Health sector.

You will play an important part in a dynamic and forward-thinking service delivering and responsible for CAMHS services across the Bolton footprint.

You will work in partnership and represent at senior level with Managers and other Operational Leads, and will further develop, support and advocate the partnership and strategic vision for mental health provision across Bolton services.

This role is essential in providing flexibility whilst ensuring effective team and system management and support.

The Operational Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing mental health services, ensuring the delivery of high quality services and will be crucial at the interface between clinical/operational and with our partners and stakeholders.

Main duties of the job

To undertake the duties and responsibilities associated with an  Operational Manager

To support and deputise for the Service Manager in their duties

To support and manage  the Clinical Team Managers and senior staff

To become part of the Senior Leadership Team , locally and within the CAMHS division.

To have oversight of finance and budgets for the service.

To ensure the safe and consistent clinical function and governance of the service.
