We also provide some specialist services that are commissioned regionally, such as our medium secure services; and nationally, such as the Cassel Hospital for people with complex and severe personality disorder and our high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital.
Job overview
Are you passionate about improving healthcare quality and empowering teams to make a real difference? West London NHS Trust is looking for a Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this exciting role, you’ll help shape and deliver our 5-year QI strategy, working alongside staff, service users, and carers to embed a culture of continuous improvement. You'll bring energy, expertise, and creativity to help transform services, drive positive change, and make a lasting impact on patient care. If you’re motivated by collaboration, innovation and supporting others to thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
As a Quality Improvement Facilitator, you will coach and support clinical, non-clinical, and corporate teams to design and deliver impactful QI projects. You’ll lead training sessions, workshops, and coaching to build improvement capability across the Trust, using tools such as PDSA cycles, root cause analysis, and process mapping. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and service users to drive measurable change, evaluate impact, and share learning. You will also support the development of the Trust’s QI resources and communications, helping to embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
