Main duties of the job

The post holder will work on a combination of NIHR portfolio adopted studies and commercial trials ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently and to target.
 
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.

There will be a requirement to work out of hours and at weekends on occasions.

  • Recognised research module/ qualification or equivalent short courses and accredited updates

Experience

  • Significant post registration experience Private/NHS nursing experience in a relevant clinical specialty
  • Experience of explaining complex concepts to patients in a clear and simplified manner
  • Experience of acting as a patient advocate
  • Experience of phlebotomy and cannulation
Desirable criteria
  • Clinical research experience
