An approved apprenticeship in a building discipline (or equivalent).

Desirable criteria

Relevant experience post apprenticeship or equivalent.

Knowledge

Experience of working within a building services team.

The ability to foster strong professional relationships and encourage close collaboration between departments is at the heart of this leadership role.
