Job overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our Reception team at Littlehampton Health Centre.
Experience of working in the NHS would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
This is a bank position, therefore shifts are booked in when staffing cover is needed.
Hours are 08.30 to 13.00 and 13.00 to 17.30, from Monday to Friday.
Please note: Due to recent changes in UK immigration and visa rules, this role is unlikely to be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Main duties of the job
This post would suit a highly motivated and organised individual with good attention to detail, The job role covers greeting visitors, dealing with general enquires, booking meeting rooms, managing email account, as well as some general administrative duties such as checking in deliveries, and sorting the post.

Applicants must be conversant with Microsoft Office and have good keyboard skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues at all levels, able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team, and able to deal with difficult situations and use their initiative

- NVQ 2 Administration and/or Customer Service
- RSA typing minimum stage 2 or equivalent
Experience

- Previous experience of working in a frontline, customer focused environment

- Experience in SBS Oracle online procurement and invoice systems or equivalent system
- Experience in a reception role
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment
