CAMEO Early Intervention in Psychosis administration service is recruiting a Support Administrator to be part of an exciting and innovative remodel that's going to provide essential administration support to our clinical services enabling them to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

Main duties of the job
Monitor and maintain stocks of stationery and resources, acting as authorised requisitioner to ensure that stocks are replenished.
Assist in the effective use and maintenance of the office environment and clinical room space in the base, and leading on the introduction of, and work with, systems to manage this effectively.
Train in the use of new technology which may be introduced into the department, and support other staff where required.
Support communication with colleagues and users of the service through negotiation, influencing, listening and understanding, to ensure effective joint working.
Be aware of the Trusts Incident reporting systems in line with Health and Safety and Risk policy requirements.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Word processing of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team.
Undertake diary management for clinicians and/or managers, as required.
Organise clinics and associated appointments for clinics, using appropriate brought forward systems to manage work.
Provide operational support to colleagues, and supervision of Band 2 administration staff within the team, if required, as directed by Line Manager.
Deal with staff and service user requests that may be part of a cash office functions as and when required, and in accordance with Trust procedures.

Education/Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Educated to GCE/GCSE standard
- RSA Stage II/NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment
- Working with multiple people of various roles.
- Experience of planning workload of staff within own span of control
Desirable criteria
- Experience of supporting a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience in using computer programmes including health care IT systems.
