Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Compliance Team at The Dudley Group . The role will be working with the Compliance Manager and wider organisation to roll out and embed an effective framework that provides assurance relating to quality and safety standards across the Trust and ensures a state of readiness for unannounced CQC inspections. The successful candidate will need to have an enthusiasm for improvement and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a variety of health care professionals at all levels.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the preparation activities across the Trust for CQC inspections. They will work with the Compliance manager and
wider Trust leads to deliver a programme of internal quality reviews and focus reviews to inform quality improvement activity.
The post holder will play an important role in supporting in the development of improvement action plans and monitoring their completion and effectiveness.
The role involves supporting the timely submission of evidence in response to CQC enquiries, chasing responses to enable a response within set time scales.
The post holder will support Divisional meetings, providing high quality reports which clearly identify their progress against compliance/ regulatory action plans and gaps in assurance.
The post holder will need to have good communication skills and will be required to write and present comprehensive reports on compliance
reviews for Divisional Governance Meetings.
