Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside our friendly and motivated team of nurses and health care professionals on a busy Care of the Elderly ward.
Main duties of the job
We require someone dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic with the ability to work well on their own and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills is essential for this role. The housekeeper role incorporates an array of non clinical duties to include being responsible for the ordering and organisation of stores ensuring stock levels are maintained at all times, completion of daily and weekly audits, challenge non compliance and escalate findings to ward manager/ nurse in charge and feed back to staff, to ensure that high standards of nursing care is adhered to at all times.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
