Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our locality team in Bristol.
This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, apply your well-developed clinical expertise to complex situations, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the locality team in Bristol working alongside 3 other locality leads across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
- Apply clinical skills to complex clinical situations to deliver coordinated and safe multidisciplinary working.
- Liaison with health and social care agencies to facilitate safe care.
- Promote the wellbeing of the team.
- Leading the referral process on a duty basis.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team in decision-making processes.

Essential criteria
- Clinical qualification in a relevant health profession
- Current registration HCPC or NMC registration
- Hold a UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle during working hours
Desirable criteria
- Training in interdisciplinary leadership
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Experience of provision of leadership
- Experience working collaboratively to achieve the goals of the service user and the service
- Experience of working across organisational and professional boundaries to improve care
