We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting and challenging opportunity to become part of our compassionate, dedicated and patient centred team. We are looking to appoint a Home Dialysis Team Lead in Renal department based at Ysbyty Gwynedd to oversee the management of the home dialysis service and an enthusiastic team of 7 staff.
We are very proud to be an award winning team always breaking down barriers in ensuring the very best care is achieved in home dialysis care.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about leading the team to deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients thus making a positive difference to the patient’s experience. As Home Team Lead you will ensure that all services are delivered in line with agreed performance, financial and government objectives whilst ensuring the home dialysis services are professionally led and managed in order to develop a highly motivated and empowered team.
The Home Team Lead will work alongside the renal MDT to ensure our services are safe, timely, clinically effective, and person centred so patients, service users and families have a good experience of care. The Home Team Lead through clinical leadership, will embed renal clinical governance processes and systems to support assurance that the teams provide consistently achieve high care standards.
