Job overview

Sirona care & health is looking to recruit an additional professional to support the busy Resourcing team.

We are looking for people with the enthusiasm, expertise and skills to support the wider teams. We deliver a wide range of health and social care services across the region and aim to provide the standard of care we would expect for ourselves and our families. We offer a working environment where you'll be encouraged to come up with new ideas to enhance and develop our services.

We are seeking an internal recruiter with the skills to help us to continue to provide a pro-active, responsive and business focused resourcing service throughout the organisation. You will drive continuous improvement and best practice, ensuring the provision of recruitment and selection expertise, advice and support to recruiting managers and ensuring that we have efficient and effective administrative processes in place to underpin this.

If you are used to overseeing high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment, confident in providing support and expertise to others in relation to recruitment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience of overseeing the delivery of projects and campaigns in a planned, organised and timely way - we want to hear from you!

This role is hybrid - meeting across our different locations, but expected that 2 of these days will be in our Yate Headquarters so a vehicle and licence is essential.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with Managers to forecast & plan recruitment needs

Arranging and hosting recruitment events and open days

Identifying and implementing creative strategies to maximise candidate attraction

Co-ordinating and administering pre-employment checks and clearances (references, DBS checks etc.)
