The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable.
Job overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable individual to join our Team in Sterile Services
You will need to have a ‘can do’ flexible approach and work within all production areas of the department. Additionally you will ideally have experience of working within an area which has Quality Management Systems in place. We have full time and part time hours available.
Main duties of the job
Shifts/Hours: To work between the hours of 2 pm to 10 pm Monday to Friday and/or 9 am to 5 pm Saturday/Sunday. Please only apply if these hours are suitable and you are able to work weekends.
As part of a team you will undertake decontamination, processing and preparation of packs, theatre trays, instrumentation and sundry items. This post also includes assisting in stores control, sterilisation of all packs, basic testing of equipment and provision of a collection and delivery service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
