Our Adult Community Services is looking for a Senior Administrator, and you might fit the bill!
Main duties of the job
To manage a team of admin staff.
To be responsible for monthly report collating and writing
To carry out annual appraisals/PDR's and regular 121's for your team.
To be responsible for the recruitment of admin staff into your team
To have a good understanding of IT system.
To attend monthly budget meetings.
To chair meetings with your team.
To undertake project work and audit work when required.

Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of line management of staff within designated area of responsibility
- Experience of recruitment and selection processes
- Experience of being able to understand and explain complex data
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in the NHS or other similar establishment
- To have an understanding and awareness of the impact of change within an organisation and staff.
- To have a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours
- Experience of staffing issues & HR within a team
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
