Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential criteria

Knowledge of health service management or other complex organisations, including change management and process redesign, acquired through training and experience to post graduate level or equivalent.
Continuous improvement skills and techniques.
Project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE2 or APM or experience in the field of delivering programmes, change or continuous improvement

SEASONAL RESPIRATORY VACCINATIONS

We offer parking on site at Salisbury District Hospital, a daily charge applies. We encourage our staff to utilise other green methods of getting to work such as cycling or walking where possible, and our Trust is well connected through the bus services to the city centre and other areas.
