Odstock Health and Fitness Centre is a fitness facility dedicated to promoting health and wellness within the community here at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for applicants to join our busy team as Bank Leisure Assistants.  Shifts needing covering are: 

Monday - Thursday: 17:30pm - 19:30pm 

With weekday flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness, shift patterns for this are: 06:45am - 14:00pm or 14:00pm - 21:00pm 

Basic hourly rate: £11.45 with additional enhancements after 20.00pm (+0.41%) 

Main duties of the job

This is a busy and varied role, you will be required to work with the pool team, along side the admin and gym team.    

The ideal candidate will have  excellent communication and customer service skills, as the role requires them to interface with the public regularly.

  • Safeguarding customers and patients using Odstock Health & Fitness swimming pools to ensure a safe and well maintained swimming facility.
  • Assist with the promotion and marketing  of membership and services.
  • Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pools, fitness facilities and changing areas.

For this role you will be required to hold a NPLQ qualification. If you do not currently have this support can be given to get this, please enquire at application stage.
