Job overview

Breamore Unit is looking for a Discharge Coordinator, to help manage the discharges and support the patient flow through Breamore. You will work with all members of the multi disciplinary team helping people leave the hospital when their treatment is finished with us. You will need excellent communication and personal skills, curiosity and determination.
