We are looking for a Macmillan Primary Cancer Care Nurse Facilitator.
The role is a great opportunity to join up care between the voluntary sector, primary, community care and secondary care to ensure patients and those important to them receive high quality and experience of care.

- • Practice or community qualification/experience
- • Research qualification
- • MSc in relevant area or equivalent experience in specialist area
