EPR Central Workstream Lead Testing

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The Workstream Lead will be responsible for leading the future state design, coordinating their local workstream leads and team of change partners to work with the supplier and clinical and operational transformation leads to design the clinical configuration, facilitating updates or development of standard operating procedures for the new processes developed for an agreed Oracle Health EPR module, leading to a successful implementation of the EPR deployment.

The role will be responsible for:

• Leading a central workstream in developing the processes and system design for their agreed area of scope.

• Coordinating workstream activities to ensure alignment across the 3 sites and other workstreams, identifying interdependencies and assigning mitigating plans where appropriate/required to ensure the plan remains on course for delivery within the agreed timeframe.

• Ensuring systems and processes of the new EPR and integrated care systems are embedded into operational and clinical This will require the postholder to have a detailed understanding of service requirements, benefits realisation opportunities afforded by the new EPR and be able to contribute to local and AHA policy and protocol development to ensure both service and implementation needs are met.

• Development of AHA Standard Operating Procedures and policies relating to the safe and accurate implementation of the new EPR.

• Influencing leadership at all levels to actively promote engagement around the Programme, utilising appropriate change tools.

This offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the dietetic education at the University of Nottingham and would be suitable for candidates with prior experience in higher education or practicing Dietitians who wish to embark on such a career. The post is based within the Division of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Biosciences. The School offers a four-year integrated undergraduate Master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition (MNutr) leading to eligibility to apply for registration in dietetics with the Health and Care Professions Council. The Division also delivers other Nutrition-related degrees, including a three-year BSc degree in Nutrition, which has been accredited by the Association for Nutrition, and a BSc in Food Sciences and Nutrition. In addition, we also offer a MSc in Clinical Nutrition, as well as MSc in Nutritional Sciences.

The successful candidate will be expected to predominantly contribute to the teaching and related administration of a number of modules within the programmes associated with our dietetics associated degrees, but they will also make contributions to our nutrition-related degrees.

Current registration as a Dietitian in the UK (or be eligible for such registration) is an essential requirement for the role. A postgraduate qualification in teaching (or equivalent) and/or a higher degree (PhD or Masters) in dietetics or healthcare management are desirable.

This is a full time (36.25 hours), permanent position. Job share arrangements may be considered.

Working as part of a wider team of Clinical Psychologists in Crisis you will be an integral part of the local Skylight team, leading on psychologically informed practice and delivery of psychological services.

This role brings a real opportunity to be creative and flexible in our approach to working psychologically with people who face multiple disadvantages, and to support the staff teams via training and reflective practice. There are opportunities to provide direct support as well as working extensively with local teams and other parts of the organisation to influence policy and practice developments.

We are looking for someone with post qualification experience of working within complex systems and you may have direct experience of working with people who experience homelessness.
