Salisbury Fertility Centre is based within Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking to recruit a friendly and reliable Administration Supervisor to join our team. As the Administration Supervisor for our Fertility Service, you will be responsible for the management of appointment bookings & waiting lists, you will deal with general admin duties of the office and the submission of funding checks.
You will need to have excellent communications skills and be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way. You must be able to multi-task - dealing with frequent interruptions, whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality. You must be confident, diplomatic and able to work in a busy environment with a pleasant and caring disposition. You will be required to have outstanding customer care skills.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of the fertility team providing safe and effective care to all service users as a Administration team supervisor. The role is to provide full comprehensive administrative support to the fertility service, completing a variety of tasks with daily patient contact on the telephone and within the centre. The role requires effective communication skills making sure patients have the best possible experience as they embark on their fertility journey. The role ensures service objectives are achieved and the financial, activity and performance targets for the service are met.

Essential criteria
- GCSE Grade C / 4 or equivalent in English Language
- GCSE Grade C / 4 or equivalent in Maths

- Experience in a care setting

- Experience in the use of Microsoft office and strong aptitude in the use of other programs and administration systems
