Trosolwg o'r swydd
Ward 20 is a 34 bedded unit. We deal with many specialties including general surgery, ENT, gynaecology, orthopeadics, breast surgery, cardiology. We also care for medical day case patients attending for infusions, bladder treatments.
As a Band 6 there is an opportunity to gain vast knowledge and experience caring for elective surgical patients, managing and coordinating theatre lists pre and post operatively

The post holder will work with the senior sister providing leadership and direction to staff within the ward to promote the delivery of safe and effective care.
Facilitate staff to maintain and improve standards of patient care
Offer professional guidance and support clinical staff
Develop guidelines and implement developments in practice
Co ordinate/ assist in education and training provision

- Recent Acute Clinical Experience
- Demonstrable clinical expertise, relevant to the area
