Job overview

You will work an average of 48 hours per week, including on call for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Airedale General Hospital and within the Airedale catchment area if required.

 

The post holder will participate in a 1 in 8 middle tier non-resident on call rota. There is an on call room available on site. The on call night is followed by a 24 hour post duty day off.

·           Antenatal clinic

·           Gynaecology clinic

·           2nd on call duties for acute gynaecology

·           Acute gynaecology

·           Operating under supervision

·           Rota commitment is 1:8 on call.
