Are you ready to take your customer service focus to the next level? Would you like to manage a building as well as people? Are you a forward thinker and take great pride in your work including the building you work in? Well if so, this is the role for you.
With people at the forefront of everything you do you will supervise a small reception team as well as an Estates & Facilities Administration Team. Be responsible for building custodian duties at New Mill, Trust Headquarters ensuring focus on many aspects including security, health, safety, fire and customer service for staff and visitors to the building.

Responsible for the management and supervision of the Reception and estates and facilities administration team based at New Mill, with a focus on delivering a high quality, effective and efficient customer-focused service.
You will ensure all activities are carried out in line with agreed procedures, protocols, and timescales, ensuring supportive joined up working between and across members of the team. You will ensure adequate staffing levels, workload planning and prioritisation of work.
You will be responsible for building custodian duties at New Mill, ensuring staff, visitors and contractors follow necessary building security procedures, and you will be responsible for the completion of scheduled health and safety and fire safety checks within the building.

- Front of house reception experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of planning staff rotas and cover: scheduling and arrange meetings
- Experience of organising competing demands and workloads
- Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes

- Previous experience working within a healthcare setting.
Knowledge

- Good degree of literacy, accuracy and numeracy
