Job overview

This role is to support our integrated healthcare team in the delivery and monitoring of care. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate their work within the prison environment as well as liaising with outside agencies and will be part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of working within a busy reception environment
  • A good knowledge of patient confidentiality
Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge around Information Governance

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of working with the public in a busy working environment
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working with SystmOne or other computerised patient system.
  • Experience of working in healthcare in a similar role
