Job overview

Whether you’re completely new to offender healthcare or looking for your next challenge, joining Spectrum will give you an excellent opportunity to expand your nursing skills and develop your clinical practice.

As a Registered Nurse (Band 5), you’ll be an integral part of our Primary Care and clinical DART team, supporting some of our most vulnerable patients and planning care for people with complex and challenging health needs. You’ll be confident in all aspects of primary care delivery - including undertaking health assessments and performing diagnostic tests – and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our service.

We’re looking for a candidate with lots of energy and an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll be working closely with Mental Health and Substance Misuse services to optimise on-site care and you’ll need to form working relationships with a wide range of partners.

In addition to the key benefits of working for Spectrum Healthcare  HMP Hull offer free ‘on-site’ car parking, access to a gym and subsidised canteen.

We aim to be flexible in matching your availability with our work patterns and the needs of the service and therefore we are also able to offer part time and flexible working options.
