We are looking for highly motivated and well organised individuals to work as part of our team. 

The Administrator role will provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users / patients within the Adult Mental Health Sector.

The post holder will work under the supervision of the Admin Team Supervisor in line with an agreed work plan. 

A comprehensive training package will be provided, to ensure our admin teams are multi-skilled; maximising our business development and to support career aspirations of individuals.

Part time hours will be considered with a minimum of 30 hours per week

The Service Administrator will provide support for Medical Staffing and Clinical Teams.

Experience

  • Administration/office experience (i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, inputting data, collating and presenting information)
  • Providing administrative or secretarial support.
  • Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
  • Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
  • Experience of working autonomously and proactively
