We have an exciting opportunity for band 3 support worker to join our team. 

The Team covers the locality of South Warwickshire. We have two bases, one in Leamington Spa and one in Stratford This post is to be based at St. Mary’s Lodge in Leamington Spa but there may be occasion where the successful applicant will be required to provide cover in the Stratford base, so being a car driver is essential to this role.

The successful applicant will work alongside a dynamic, supportive, multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors, occupational therapists, psychologists and social workers as well as other support workers to deliver recovery focussed interventions in the community. This includes a range of individual and group interventions. Your role will include supporting our well-established interventions, working alongside the medical staff and other team members to ensure that our patients’ needs are met. The role is wide ranging, diverse and interesting, with no two days being the same.
