Estates & Facilities Support Assistant
NHS AfC: Band 4

Trosolwg o'r swydd
To provide support to the Estates and Facilities Team in the operational development of the estate's portfolio across the Arden and Gem CSU footprint.
To support on the development and production of Estates Management information, developing the Estates database and providing performance indicator reports for the Estates manager.
To provide information relating to the Operational Estate and occupation of facilities.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
To provide high level administrative support for the Estates & Facilities team for all premises across the Arden and GEM CSU footprint.
To record all jobs on the in-house Estates portal, raise and send jobs to appropriate responsible person.
To follow up with landlords and relevant parties to acquire latest information keeping the Estates team informed of job progress, or nature of any delays experienced.
To prepare weekly reports on outstanding reported jobs, by interrogating the Estates Portal sending to appropriate contractors for action.
To keep the Estates Contract database up to date and inform the Estates Manager when Contracts need reviewing or renewing.
Deliver against organisational objectives, achieving quality outcomes, prioritising own workload, and working to tight deadlines.

- Clear understanding of Health & Safety regulations and risk management
- Clear understanding of fire legislation, fire safety, security, regulations, and standards relating to the working environment.
- Clear understanding of ISO 14001 2015 and environmental legislation
