We’re looking for a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to be part of our Children’s Intensive Support Team for Coventry and Warwickshire.
We support autistic children and children with learning disabilities who have additional mental health needs and are at increased risk of admission to hospital. Would you like to join us and make a difference to the lives of this vulnerable group?
In this role, you will be responsible for how occupation therapy is embedded across the service and provide supervision to our OT colleagues to support their development including OT students. You’ll work within a specialist team, who support each other and work together to provide holistic support specific to each individual.

- Advanced knowledge and skills in the assessment and intervention with children with mental health and/or neurodevelopmental disorders.

We believe in a good work life balance, and offer a mix between home working, working in the community and out of our community bases. Currently our team operates a hybrid model between the hours of 9am-5pm, though you may sometimes be required to work 8am – 8pm when there is a clinical need.
