Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to the clinicians and management team within the Childrens Intensive Support Team.

 The main duties will be;

 ·       Attending triages and taking comprehensive minutes  

·       Collate, maintain and present data to inform outcome reports for the team. Having excellent understanding of spreadsheets and EXCEL is imperative for this role.  

·       Support the clinical team with any administrative tasks

·       Manage the inbox and deal with all queries and CST’s

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

As part of your role you will also support the manager with a number of administration activities to ensure the effective and productive running of the team.

We are looking for an individual with a positive and compassionate approach to supporting patient care who will be able to communicate effectively with individuals, their families and other professionals as a first point of contact.

The successful candidate would be someone who demonstrates an adaptable and flexible approach to their work and who would be supportive of service developments and improvements.

Team working and relationship building skills are critical to this post .
