Children's AHP Therapy Admin Team
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our admin team supporting our Children's AHP Therapy Services, based at Wayside House.
The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support for the service. You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include telephone bookings and queries , scanning , uploading to our system and sending out appointment letters. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external agencies, other staff members, parents/carers and patients.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are a good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

QUALFICATIONS
Essential criteria
- Good general education including English & Maths
- Administration NVQ Level 2/3 in Customer Service or equivalent experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Excellent communication/customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload/use own initiative
- Understand confidentiality and apply the principles in every day working practice
- Ability to pay attention to detail

EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
- IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and Teams
- Experience of working in a busy office/customer care environment
