Main duties of the job
The post holder will have skills using IT systems (see below) and digital technology used by the team and assist in answering phone calls, managing mail and general administrative tasks.

- Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, teams)
- Oracle
- Cisco
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Educated to vocational level 2 in a relevant subject or able to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience.
