An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Cranstoun Worcestershire service. We are seeking competent and knowledgeable Senior Practitioner.

 

Cranstoun Worcestershire operates the alcohol and drug service across Worcestershire and provides a range of services for individuals using alcohol or substances. Our Worcestershire service also have services available for young people and families through our Here4Youth service. With our central hub in Worcester, we deliver interventions across all six districts, via our shared care scheme and community outreach locations.

 

You will have demonstrable experience of working with people who use substances and/or carers, or another vulnerable groups for at least two years. You will also have experience of supervising health care professionals. You will have knowledge of national guidance relating to clinical standards and knowledge of reflective practice and supervision.

 

You will be responsible for supporting our Operations Managers to deliver quality services and go the extra mile for our service users. You will contribute to ensuring services are delivered in line with Cranstoun’s policies and contractual requirements. You will be responsible for offering clinical supervision to a team of workers, motivating them to deliver quality services.

 

The service operates core hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. The service also offers additional service hours on some days between 8am – 9am and 5 – 7pm. There will be a requirement to cover these hours on a rota basis.

 

This post will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, checks against the Adult Barred List & Police Vetting.
