You will require  excellent organisational, communication and team working and the ability to support and deliver paediatric  care with effective leadership and management skills.

As a Band 6 you will support the  ward day to day responsibilities and will be involved in implementation of policies, protocols and procedures to ensure Trust and national standards are met. You will be required to support and develop the junior members of the clinical team and offer support to the Band 7.  Whilst previous experience is welcome, training and development will be provided.

Main duties of the job
