Workforce Co Ordinator - Paediatrics

Job overview

We are looking for a experienced Workforce Co Ordinator to work within Paediatric Directorate based on the Wexham  site  to co ordinate the rotas within the department .   

You should have experience with working with Rotas.  

You will be based at Wexham Park Hospital but cross covering from the FPH Workforce within Paediatrics.

 

 

 

Main duties of the job

To work with the medical management team in managing non-career grade Doctors, Specialists Registrars, and middle grades / Resident Doctors following the implementation of a full shift rota for all grades.

To co-ordinate leave for all grades of medical staff, ensuring appropriate cover is provided.  You  will be required to occasionally go cross site to Wexham Park  or Heatherwood Hospital and have the ability to be able to travel.
