Trosolwg o'r swydd

Looking to broaden your skillset and professional development? Then joining the No Wrong Door, Co-occurring Conditions Team is perfect for you.

We will support you to further develop with the aim to become an experienced Recovery Worker over a 12-18 month period. You will be expected to work with a caseload of substance use clients from the beginning, with the aim to expand this as the role progresses.

The disconnect between services for people with co-occurring conditions of mental ill-health and substance use has long been recognised as a barrier to the effective treatment of patients in the community. Significant funding has now been allocated to make this a thing of the past

If you are energised by our vision of an innovative NHS focused on tackling social exclusion and feel that you have the qualities to join our community based team then come and discuss with us how our needs might match your aspirations
