Pharmacy Service Clinical Lead -Physical Health Services

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust are unique in the provision of a truly integrated care framework across health and social care services by combining physical and mental health, learning disability, community and adult social care services in a single Trust across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Shropshire.

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly motivated pharmacy leader to join our progressive and multi award winning Pharmacy Department as the new Lead Pharmacist for Clinical Pharmacy Services.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and forward thinking individual who has substantial experience in hospital pharmacy services to provide strong leadership to support the development, management and transformation of pharmaceutical services across our physical health services both within pharmacy and the wider organisation. The post offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

It is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong role model with demonstrable experience of clinical expertise, service delivery and excellent leadership and management skills. You will need strong communication and influencing skills, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the challenging NHS environment and the national and professional requirements pertaining to pharmacy service provision.
