These cover a range of working patterns and hours available to suit your needs, whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time or flexible hours, evenings and weekends, and include both permanent and fixed terms positions. You’ll also also have a choice of working locations, including our sites at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Northern General Hospital, Jessops Maternity Hospital, Weston Park Hospital, Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and Community Services.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- GCSE at Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or equivalent experience
- OCR l or II Typewriting qualification or equivalent typing experience within an office environment
Desirable criteria
- NVQ Level II in Business Administration / Customer Service / IT
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working within an office environment
- Experience of working in a public facing role
Desirable criteria
- Relevant experience within the NHS
Special Abilities
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of / experience of using information and/or customer service systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word.
