About us

At Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust we provide a range of mental health, learning disability, substance misuse, primary care and other specialist services designed around the needs of people in our city.

Trosolwg o'r swydd

This is a rare opportunity to join the small but influential Clinical Effectiveness Team, who work across SHSC to support evidence-led care. The team directly support the delivery of the Trust’s Clinical and Social Care Strategy, and the Clinical Audit Facilitator role is crucial in helping services to be evidence-based and deliver excellent standards of care.

Applications are welcome from colleagues from a wide variety of work backgrounds.  You are not expected to be an expert in clinical audit – we are looking for someone who is interested in working with both data and people! You will need to be highly organised with a methodical approach and attention to detail. You will also need to be proactive, and at times assertive in order to be effective.

The Clinical Audit Facilitator is responsible for the running of SHSC's clinical audit and and service evaluation function: developing audit tools, providing analysis, reporting progress, action planning and disseminating outcomes across the Trust.  The post-holder will plan, implement, facilitate and action plan all aspects of the audit cycle and will communicate audit results using a variety of methods, suitable to the receiving audience.  The post-holder is required to provide training (basic and advanced) to staff in clinical audit and to assist staff in analysing and interpreting audit results.

Gweithio i'n sefydliad

We are passionate about providing the very best care to the people we support, and we're looking for amazing people who share this passion to join us.

What is it that makes our Trust such a special place to work? Well, it's all about the people. Our staff, service users, carers and families all come from such diverse backgrounds and all have expertise and stories to share.

It’s important that you feel supported in your role, that the people who you work with are as passionate as you are and that your health and wellbeing is taken care of

If you're interested in developing your career, you'll have access to a range of training and education opportunities, including apprenticeships, work experience and placements, as well as the chance to get involved in research.

We are all very proud of the difference we make to people's lives each and every day and if that's something that you'd like to be part of we'd love to have you with us.
