A vacancy has arisen within the Facilities Team for a part time Band 3 receptionist /administrator, 22.5 hours per week Monday to Wednesday
The post is based at Fountain Way, Salisbury.
The post holder will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and on the telephone, have an attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
You will need to be able to work, both unsupervised and as part of a team with the ability to prioritise your own workload, whilst working to set targets and deadlines.
Main duties of the job
This post requires a flexible approach as you may be asked to provide administrative cover within the wider FM team. Although not an exhaustive list the role will involve:
- Front of house reception cover involving face to face contact with visitors and service users.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and operating an electronic room booking system.
- Ad hoc cashier cover dealing directly with service users and staff.
- Some generic admin support to include inputting to excel spreadsheets/ assisting with collation of statistic data as required.
- Other tasks as delegated by the SSBM FM East or Site Co-ordinator.
The role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their work and who can manage a range of independent tasks in support of the FM team.
This is a 22.5 hours per week part time role Monday to Wednesday 9-5
