We aim to provide new and exciting opportunities in the world of pharmacy and we are excited to invite an enthusiastic, ambitious and forward-thinking Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Assistant to this newly created role to join our team.

Main duties of the job:

This role will be pharmacy and ward based where you will be supporting patients to get the best possible outcomes from their medicines. This role will include working in conjunction with the nursing team to support and free up some of their duties by assisting with Medicines Administration, Stock Control and Discharge Planning.
