Trosolwg o'r swydd

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Locally Employed Doctor’s (ST3-7) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join a friendly and dynamic team based at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital.

Two posts are offered, one of which is a fixed term 6-month post, and the other is a 12- month fixed term post.

This is a busy DGH with around 4500 deliveries a year in the beautiful county of Shropshire.  You will support the on-call team which consists of Resident Consultants, Tier 2 (Registrar) and Tier 1 (SHO) covering O&G on a 24hrs a day basis.  You will also have access to gynaecology on calls, clinics, and theatres.  This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field of O&G in this consultant led and delivered service.  Your duties will consist of resident days, nights, and weekends.  You will have the opportunity to take on a SITM as part of your CPD time if you are eligible and we would be happy to support you with a CESR application if appropriate.
