We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset.

Job overview

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a community therapy team based in Witney?  Would you like to make a positive impact on patient's independence in their own homes? If so, we have an opening for a rehabilitation assistant.

You will join our committed and enthusiastic team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health clinicians and Assistants who are dedicated to providing a responsive service to the needs of our patients, helping them to recover in their own home environment.

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is an accelerator site for the Ageing Well national agenda, as part of the NHS Long Term Plan. This offers you the opportunity to help shape and develop both rapid responsive patient care and our helping patients to rehab in their own homes.  You would be working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of Therapists, District nurses, Community Matrons, social services and voluntary organisations for adults with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.

Please do contact us to discuss this exciting position and join our team. There may be positions available across the county so please do enquire for further information.

We look forward to receiving your application.
