Be the first person to handle any staff accommodation queries
Ensure that all staff accommodation is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance

Ensure that rooms are compliant with current H&S regulations

Ensure that maintenance is carried out regularly
Regular meetings with finance to ensure all arrears are paid by tenants
