Trosolwg o'r swydd
Would you like to play a key role in early intervention and support for young people experiencing emotional distress or emerging mental health issues?
This autonomous role requires creativity, flexibility and “outside the box” thinking to provide a useful and meaningful service to the schools and young people we support.

You will work as the main contact for a number of schools in Oxfordshire, building a good relationship with key staff and working with them to assess what the school needs in order to support their students best.
This may involve facilitating therapeutic groups in the school, running parent awareness sessions, or providing formal teaching around a variety of mental health subjects.
There is sometimes the need to support other team members with larger school interventions such as carousel days, or support schools or organisations with policy development around well-being. Training (online and face-to-face) is a key part of the role and you will be trained via the PPEPCare train-the-trainer programme and will be supported by our small friendly SIR team.
