The City & South Oxfordshire Learning Disabilities Team is looking for an administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team.
We are passionate about what we do, delivering our service to people with
Learning Disabilities in Oxfordshire.
We are a Monday – Friday 9-5 service. We work both from our Hub offices in Oxford and Abingdon and from home, a mix of office and home working will be required.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be motivated, adaptable, enthusiastic, well
organised and enjoy working as part of a team and autonomously.
You will join the small, highly valued administration team working
as part of the wider community team, a multi-disciplinary team that
is supportive and committed to delivering a high quality, person
centred service. Your role will be to ensure that day to day process
is followed, including administrating referrals for patients, keeping
the electronic patient records and data spreadsheets accurately
maintained, communicating with stakeholders, processing complex
and sensitive communications ensuring information is shared with
the team in a timely manner and responding to queries from the
clinical team regarding core functions of administration.
You will produce correspondence, organise and attend meetings,
prepare agendas and take minutes and produce audit reports.
There will be opportunities to support clinicians directly such as
minute taking at case reviews meetings and organising some of the
patient appointments.

Regular supervision will be provided and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional and personal development.
You will provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Learning Disability Team, ensuring high quality standards in all aspects of the role.
