Person specification

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Computer literate, experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general
  • RSA II, ECDL, NVQ 3 or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets ie PAS, Excel or similar applications
Desirable criteria
  • Sound office clerical background

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or above equating to NVQ 2 or equivalent work experience
