Trosolwg o'r swydd

The Ophthalmology Department at Kings Mill Hospital is looking to recruit 1 full time  PPC support working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.

This role consists of general admin duties, clinical typing, booking appointments,  tracking in and out of case notes, to support the Patient Pathway Co-ordinators working in a fast paced, Ophthalmology department.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • Cancelling appointments if required 
  • Supporting PPC team 
  • Answering phones 
  • Tracking patient case notes.
  • General/ admin duties including photocopying,  and filing
  • Supporting with Audio typing
  • Prepping notes for clinics

  • European Computer Driving Licence NVQ Level II Admin or equivalent courses

Experience

  • NHS experience
